new book BOOK OF A THOUSAND DAYS at The King's English at 4 p.m. September 27, 2007—Jessica Day George will be
speaking on How to Write a Fantasy Story at Rowland Hall. October 3-4, 2007—Ron Woods will be presenting in
Bryon, Cowley, Deaver, and Burlington, Wyoming. October 5, 2007—Shannon Hale will be signing her
new book BOOK OF A THOUSAND DAYS at Deseret Book at 5 p.m. October 10, 2007—Becky Hall will be at East
Millcreek Library at 4:30 p.m. She will have a friend with a guide dog and
she will discuss her book Morris and Buddy, The Story of the First Seeing
Eye Dog. She will share information about using a guide dog. October 10-12—Gloria Skurzynski and Alana Ferguson
will be featured speakers at the Florida Association for Media in
Education conference in Orlando. October 17-18—James Dashner will be in Davis County
schools presenting. October 19, 2007—Kimberley Heuston will be reading
at BYU at 12:30. November 4, 2007—Shannon Hale will be signing her
new book BOOK OF A THOUSAND DAYS at All Tucked In at 4 p.m. November 7, 2007—Becky Hall will be at Tyler
Library in Midvale at 5:00pm. She will have a friend with a guide dog and
she will discuss her book Morris and Buddy, The Story of the First Seeing
Eye Dog. She will share information about using a guide dog. November 15, 2007—Becky Hall will be speaking at
the St. Francis Xavier School in Kearns in the evening. The time has not
been set yet. July 19, 2007—Michael Tunnell will be speaking to a
book group at The King's English. July 21, 2001—Ann Dee Ellis Knight will be having a book launch party for her THIS IS WHAT I DID at Soel Boutique in the Riverwoods in Provo. Reading at 6 p.m. Signing at 6:30 p.m. More details on her website.
Ann Dee Knight Ellis – www.anndeeellis.com Sara Zarr and Ann Dee Knight Ellis are both a part of the Class of 2K7--a group of about 40 debut novelists across the country who are all publishing in 2007. They have an ezine for the group that will come out quarterly for anyone who is interested. There will also be a pamphlet, a movie (a short short movie), and some other pub stuff.
