February 11, 2006--Nathan Hale will be signing THE DEVIL YOU KNOW, 2-4 p.m. at Borders in Provo.

February 11, 2006--Shannon Hale will be at the King's English on Feb. 11 at 2pm for a presentation/signing, and Newbery celebration

February 14,16--2006--Anne Bowen will be visiting Rowland-Hall-St. Marks. 

February 16, 2006--Rick Walton will be visiting Majestic Elementary in West Jordan.

February 24, 2006--Chris Crowe will be speaking at the BYU Reading Series.

February 27, 2006--Sharlee Glenn, Ken Baker and Kim Williams-Justesen will be speaking at West Jordan Elementary.

February 27, 2006--Sharlee Glenn will be doing a school visit at Riverton Elementary.

February 27, 2006--Rick Walton will be visiting Monroe elementary in West Valley at 9:00 a.m., and Morgan Elementary in Kaysville at 1:15 p.m.

February 28, 2006--Mark Buehner will be at West Jordan Elementary 10:30-11:15; and at Riverton Elementary from 1:15-2:30 p.m.

March 1, 2005--Anne Bowen will be doing two author presentations on March 1st at Riverton Elementary and West Jordan Elementary

March 1, 2005--Rick Walton will be speaking to the kids at Foothill Elementary in Brigham City.

March 1, 2006--Sharlee Glenn will be visiting Monroe Elementary in West Valley.

March 2, 2006-- Chris Crowe will be Keynote at the Kansas Literature and Writing Conference, Lawrence, KS

March 2, 2006 --Rick Walton will be speaking at Cherry Hill Elementary in Orem.

March 4, 2006--Rick Walton will be teaching a picture book workshop, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Provo Library, 550 N. University Ave., Young/Card Rm. (3rd Floor)He'll be covering everything he covers in his BYU class, only faster:
What makes a good and a bad picture book quick and easy ways to come up with ideas
how to sell your manuscript anything else you want to discuss. Bring your questions.
You'll get one manuscript critiqued (bring 20 copies of your manuscript). Participants will also receive free books. The cost for the day is $80. Registration is on a first-come first-served basis, and space is limited so register early. For registration information, e-mail Amy Finnegan at Finneganaj@aol.com.

March 20, 2006 -- Rick Walton will be speaking at Brookside Elementary in Springville.

March 21, 2006-- Chris Crowe will be speaking at University of Utah student IRA club.

March 22, 2005--Rick Walton will be speaking to the DCIRA from 4:15-6:10 pm at East Layton Elementary.

March 23, 2006--Becky Hall will be talking to parents and students at the Literacy Evening at Copper Canyon Elementary School (8917 South Copperwood Drive, West Jordan, UT 84088) at 6:30 p.m.

March 23, 2006--Rick Walton will be at Welby Elementary from 6-7:30 p.m.

April 4, 2006--Sharlee Glenn will be doing a school visit at Bunderson Elementary in Brigham City.

April 8, 2006--Rick Walton will be teaching an advanced picture book writing workshop, for those who will have taken his picture book workshop, and for those of you who already understand picture book writing but want to get into a little more depth.
Time: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Location: the Provo Library, 550 N. University Ave., Young/Card Rm. (3rd Floor)
