NEW SALES
from Gloria Skurzynski and Alane Ferguson. Books 7 through 12 of the National Parks Mysteries, published by National Geographic will be translated and distributed in China by Shanghai Juvenile Publishing House, with a first printing of 10,000 copies for each title. The first six titlesin the National Parks series were published in Chinese editions two years ago.

UTAH OR WRITERS AND ILLUSTRATORS AT THE FESTIVAL OF TREES
This Christmas season, Utah writers and illustrators donated 42 autographed books to compliment "The Reading Tree," a gorgeous Christmas tree decorated by the Ivory family and others. Topped with a reading lamp, this tree was adorned with toys and ornaments of childhood whimsy and surrounded by a bookcase full of books, a reading chair, and other cozy book nook accessories. The Reading Tree was sold at the Festival of Trees to benefit Primary Children's Hospital. We were so excited to take part in this wonderful cause!
