September 2-3, 2004--Hala Wittwer and Greg Swearingen will be at Midway's Swiss Days, where they will be selling prints and canvas giclees of their artwork at their "Art by Hala" booth.
September 7, 2004--Ron Woods will be presenting at Rocky Mountain Middle School in Idaho Falls.
September 11, 2004--The King's English Bookstore (15th East, 15th South, Salt Lake City) will be hosting a launch party for Shannon
Hale's new book, ENNA BURNING, from 5-7 pm. The Stormy Mountain Boys, a bluegrass band, will be performing at 5 pm. The party also celebrates the bookstore's birthday.
September 17-18, 2004--Judith Viorst, Rick Walton, Kim Justesen, and others will be speaking at the League of Utah Writers annual conference in Park City.
September 18, 2004--Mark and Caralyn Buehner, and Shannon Hale will be presenting at the Great Salt Lake Book Festival.
September 20-21, 2004--Chris Crowe will be in Oxford, Mississippi, presenting at the University of Mississippi and at some local schools.
September 25, 2004--Mark and Caralyn Buehner will be signing at the Provo Barnes and Noble.
October 5, 2004--David Small and Sarah Stewart will be at BYU. At 12:30 pm they will speak in the HBLL Auditorium, level 1.
Following will be a signing in the BYU bookstore.
October 15 and 18, 2004--Chris Crowe will be speaking at West Jordan High School.
October 21, 2004--Chris Crowe will be speaking at the 96th Street Branch of the New York Public Library.
October 22, 2004--Chris Crowe will be at the Jane Addams Book Award ceremony in New York where his book GETTING AWAY WITH MURDER: THE TRUE STORY OF THE EMMETT TILL CASE will receive an Honor award.
October 22, 2004--Dean Hughes will be speaking and reading, along with Deseret Book editors, at the BYU English Department Reading Series, at noon, in the Harold B. Lee Library auditorium.
November 5, 2004--Chris Crowe will be reading his work at the BYU English Department Reading Series, at noon, in the Harold B. Lee Library auditorium.
November 8, 2004--Janice Card, of the BYU Bookstore, will present her annual Christmas Booktalk in the BYU HBLL Auditorium, level 1, at 4:00 pm.
November 20, 2004--Chris Crowe will be speaking at the National Council of Teachers of English convention in Indianapolis at 11 am, and signing at the Penguin booth at 3:30 pm.
