APPEARANCES AND EVENTS

August 11, 2004--Rick Walton will be signing his new book, SUDDENLY ALLIGATOR, at the LDS Bookseller's Association convention, from 1-3 pm.

August 21, 2004--Becky Hall will be reading at Meier and Frank in Layton Hills (1400 North Hillfield Rd, Layton) at 2:00 pm. She will read A IS FOR ARCHES and one other. This is a Governor Walker sponsored event to further literacy. Meier and Frank will be donating some books to kids who come that day.

August 27-28, 2004--Randall Wright will be telling stories at the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival.

September 2-3, 2004--Hala Wittwer and Greg Swearingen will be at Midway's Swiss Days, where they will be selling prints and canvas giclees of their artwork at their "Art by Hala" booth.

March 17-18, 2005--UVSC/SCBWI Forum on Children & Literature. Main guests include JULIE OF THE WOLVES author Jean Craighead George and illustrator Wendell Minor. Watch for upcoming information at www.uvsc.edu/conted/c&w or call 801-863-8894.
